Art Nouveau Lion Collar in 14ct
Lions abound for this Leo Season- and we especially love our big cats studded with garnets on original thousand-doughnut collars. This extremely heavy 14ct art nouveau lion is an all original example of the era. We’ve only had a handful of completely original lions- and this example, with his snarling, open mouth and incredible mane is one for the purists and historical mavens. The original tongue-in-groove locking mechanism ensures a seamless transition that does not interrupt the line so the collar can be worn with your hair up, no clasp to peek, and can also be worn with the lion to the back for a seamless stacking option when only the gold chain is visible.
