9k Rare White Coral Victorian Geometric Pendant
A pendant of ever-elusive white coral circa 1870! A special bit of archaeological revival history, it is rumored that white coral jewels such as this were meant to echo they style of byzantine jewelry from the 8th-11th century, or even the shape of Germanic Jewish wedding rings of the 14th century.
I was extraordinarily excited to find this peculiar turquoise and coral stick pin, decorated with flowers and subtle etching. Now converted to a pendant with the utmost care, using the original stick pin center to create the ring.
