14ct Cleopatra Snake Bangle c. 1960
An absolutely outstanding English snake bangle featuring two! Snake heads! I’ve never seen a coil’d bangle quite like it before. This magnificent Cleopatra bangle (snake bracelets are often termed as such when they wrap around like this) is circa 1960 and simply immaculate, a perfect example of how the 69’s reprised all things Victorian, including a love of the Egyptian revival. The snake is a classic symbol of eternality, an emblem of the circle of life, and a positive insignia of love. We love this bangle and we are sure we will not have it for long.
